Hi, I am Amy
My name is Amy Mahoney, I am a wife and mother of two. I have spent the bulk of my life discovering new ways to create foods that would fit within my special diet and my son's special diet. Along the way, friends would come to me and ask for my help when they had new health issues and new dietary needs. I have helped create meals and meal plans and recipes for those that have needed help with Heart-Healthy Diets, Whole Food Diets, Mediterranean Diets, Vegetarian Diets, and now more around Vegan Diets as well.
I have always had a desire to help those around me achieve a better diet and better health. I know that diet is only one aspect of a healthy lifestyle, but I have found that this can be one of the most difficult areas when people don't know where to start. I learned long ago that each person needs to find their own goals and plans if they are going to be successful long term. I believe that in order to be successful, we need to deal with the mind, body and spirit side of each individual, allowing for true transformation to take place.
I am a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the AACC.
